Inquiries and participation
A submitted inquiry requests a response; it does not confirm event registration, a volunteer role, transportation, availability or assistance. Dates, venues, participation arrangements, any fees and event-specific conditions must be confirmed with the team before you make plans.
Information and historical material
Photographs identified as archive material depict past gatherings. They do not confirm current schedules, staff roles, venues or services. The team will provide current event information on request. We aim to keep website information accurate and may update it as arrangements change.
Appropriate use
Provide accurate contact information and send only material you are entitled to share. Do not submit spam, unlawful content, harmful files, payment-card details or confidential information about another person without permission. We may limit submissions to protect the service.
Email about your request
By requesting a reply, you allow HEC to contact you about that inquiry and related arrangements, such as participation questions, registration instructions or an event update you requested. This does not grant permission for unrelated promotional campaigns.
Care and urgent needs
The website and its contact inbox are not emergency services. Do not rely on them for urgent help. Ask the team directly about the scope of support at a particular event; a website inquiry does not create a medical or professional care relationship.
